The Multi-deck Shaking Table is a high-efficiency gravity separation equipment widely used in mineral processing for the beneficiation of various ores, including tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, bismuth, lead, gold, and other rare and precious metals. It is also suitable for coal cleaning. Designed with multiple layers, this equipment significantly improves processing capacity per unit floor area while maintaining precise separation performance for different particle sizes, ranging from coarse sand (2-0.5mm) to fine sand (0.5-0.074mm) and slime (-0.074mm). Its effective recovery size range for tungsten, tin, and similar ores is 2-0.022mm.
The Multi-deck Shaking Table features an innovative inertial head structure that balances vertical forces, eliminating vertical vibration and enabling installation on upper-floor platforms or pedestal stands. Its suspended design minimizes friction, reduces energy consumption, and enhances flexibility and stability. The table deck is constructed from wear-resistant, waterproof, and anti-corrosion fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), ensuring long service life and minimal maintenance. The multi-layer decks are mounted on a unified frame for easy installation and adjustment. Additionally, the stroke length can be modified by replacing counterweight blocks, and the stroke frequency is adjustable via a variable frequency drive (VFD) motor to adapt to diverse ore properties and particle sizes.
