The Vibrating Sluice Box is an advanced mineral processing equipment specifically designed for placer gold recovery. Developed from the conventional fixed sluice box, it incorporates the benefits of both traditional sluice boxes and jig concentrators. By integrating a vibrating mechanism, it effectively addresses issues such as material compaction in standard sluices and the high yield associated with jig machines, resulting in higher gold recovery rates without compaction.

This equipment consists of a feed hopper, sluice channels, rubber deck, vibration frame, eccentric drive system, transmission mechanism, and support structure. The rubber deck, driven by an eccentric mechanism, moves up and down in a manner similar to a jig diaphragm, effectively preventing blockages and enhancing gold recovery.
